Hi, I’m Samantha
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering a reflective and confidential space for therapy.
My work is shaped by a belief that understanding ourselves, our experiences, relationships, and the ways we have been shaped, can create meaningful change. I work thoughtfully and collaboratively, valuing authenticity, curiosity, and presence within the therapeutic relationship.
Alongside my clinical training and experience, I bring a longstanding interest in philosophy and the complexity of human experience. I aim to offer a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what may feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult.

My Approach
I see therapy as a collaborative and reflective process, shaped around your individual experience. My approach is grounded in the following values.
Collaboration
Therapy is a shared process. We work together in openness and honesty, creating a space where your experience is central.
Compassionate Presence
I value warmth, authenticity, and presence. Therapy offers a steady space to explore what feels painful, confusing, or uncertain.
Individuality
I work integratively, shaping therapy around your experiences, needs, and pace.
Depth and Meaning
An existential perspective sits at the heart of my work. We may explore identity, values, and how you want to live with greater authenticity.
Understanding and Insight
Therapy can offer space to make sense of your experiences, patterns, and relationships. Developing greater understanding can bring clarity, self-awareness, and the possibility of change.
Holistic & Embodied Understanding
Thoughts, emotions, bodies, relationships, and beliefs are interconnected. Therapy can help you understand these connections more fully.
