Life can feel confusing, painful, or uncertain. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood, or struggling with loss or relationship difficulties. Perhaps you feel that something feels missing, even if life looks “fine” on the surface.
You might be trying to make sense of past experiences, finding yourself stuck in repeating patterns, or questioning your identity, meaning, or direction in life.

Some people seek support with a sense of what feels difficult, while for others things may feel less clear or harder to understand. I am here to support you in understanding what you’re going through and finding a way forward.
You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, or challenges in relationships, or feel that something unresolved has become too overwhelming to carry alone.
You may feel emptiness, confusion, or disconnection, with a sense that life looks fine on the surface but does not quite feel that way inside. You might notice yourself acting in ways that feel unfamiliar, but find it hard to explain why.
Counselling offers an opportunity to reflect on experiences and emotions that can feel difficult to navigate alone. By exploring these thoughtfully and collaboratively, you can deepen your self-understanding and move toward meaningful change.
